The concept of ‘Wellness’ is well integrated in sectors such as Healthcare, Hospitality and Education, but not in Retail. To design this Mall using the precepts of health and well-being such as biophilia and biomimicry allowed us to deliver to our Client a unique selling point that gave him a commercial edge and delivered on his aspiration to provide a different kind of retailing experience.
