This BREEAM ‘Excellent’ office concluded the first phase of the regeneration of Canon’s Marsh in Bristol. Harbour water is used as a source of free cooling and tempers incoming fresh air in summer. Chilled beams, displacement ventilation, intelligent system controls, solar shading and solar heated hot water all contribute to a highly environmentally efficient building.
