The Senior Executive – Accounts & HR will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial and human resources functions at the Mumbai branch, while ensuring smooth coordination with the Head Office in Dubai. This role requires a self-motivated individual capable of handling a broad set of responsibilities ranging from project cost tracking and compliance to employee support and recruitment, all within the dynamic environment of an architectural consultancy.

Key Tasks And Responsibilities:

Finance Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting tasks including vendor payments, bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and data entry.
  • Handle branch-level financial documentation and coordinate monthly closings with the Dubai Head Office.
  • Track project-wise billing, collections, and cost allocations in coordination with project managers.
  • Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports as per Head Office guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations including GST, TDS, and audit requirements.
  • Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and tax advisors as needed.
  • Support invoice generation for local and international clients and ensure timely follow-up for payments.

HR Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, including timesheets, attendance, leave management, and contracts.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts for the office– posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, system access, and HR briefings.
  • Act as a liaison between the branch and Dubai HR team to ensure policy consistency and alignment.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communication efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and office policies.
  • Support payroll processing and coordinate with external consultants for statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, etc.).

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in finance and HR roles, preferably in a professional services or design consultancy firm.
  • Exposure to working with international teams or reporting to overseas head offices is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax regulations, and labor laws.
  • Experience in project-based accounting, preferably in architecture, engineering, or consulting firms.
  • Proficiency in accounting and HR tools (Zoho Books and HRMS platforms).
  • Excellent communication skills, especially for cross-border coordination.

Location: Dubai

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement electrical systems for Residential, Commercial and Mission critical facilities, including medium and low-voltage power distribution, backup power systems, and emergency systems.
  • Develop and maintain electrical schematics, bills of materials and installation drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to develop specifications, design criteria, and project budgets.
  • Analyse electrical systems to identify and resolve issues, including load balancing, capacity planning, and power consumption optimization.
  • Review Contractor’s Electrical Shop Drawings for their technical compliance and design intent has been understood and implemented in accordance with local laws, rules and regulations.
  • Carry out technical reviews of Material submittals to determine that the products, equipment and plant are technically acceptable and in accordance with local authority approvals.
  • Carry out Inspections as per the Inspection Requests prepared by the Contractor during various Clearance Stages

  • Meeting with clients accompanying Associate Architect and contributing in preparation of the project brief. The Technical Architect will be responsible for delivering tasks pertaining to design projects, working with the team to complete different deliverables in compliance with the company policies and best practice standards.
  • Managing design projects from concept development, Developed Design , Technical Design & Construction Documentation.
  • Revit modelling, model management and content creation.
