This project is our second commission for Belgian developer Extensa. Both projects are located in the emerging Bomonti district of Istanbul, but target different residential markets. Our design responds to the local context and achieves a high level of efficiency and sustainability. The orientation of block is aligned so that all of the apartments face east or west to receive equal amounts of sunlight. Louvres to all windows help reduce solar gain.
