Our brief was for three levels of retail and F&B units reminiscent of Harrods in London with banqueting halls, conference facilities at podium levels with three large hotels (St Regis, W Hotel and Westin Hotel) above comprising in total some 1300 keys. Complex circulation and functional requirements have been addressed through efficient zoning and well-articulated planning.
